Troubleshooting

The app crashes or won't open

Try force-quitting the app and restarting your device. Ensure your OS is up to date. If the problem continues, contact us with your device model, OS version, and app version (see above).

Where is my save data stored?

Progress is saved locally on your device. We do not sync saves to a cloud server. If you delete the app or clear its data, local saves may be lost.

Why is the app taking up more storage over time?

The game caches audio and images on your device as you play so content loads quickly offline. Over many runs, that cache can grow and make the app appear larger in your device storage settings.

To free that space without losing progress, open Options (from the title screen or in-game menu), scroll to About & Support, and tap Clear next to Clear cache. This removes cached media only—your saves, unlocks, badges, and settings are kept. The app will restart afterward; the cache will rebuild naturally as you play.

This option is available in the iOS and Android apps. It is not shown in the browser demo on itch.io.

How do I request deletion of data?

The game does not create online accounts or store personal data on our servers. To remove local save data, delete the app from your device or clear the app's storage in system settings. If you have a specific request, email us with the subject line Data request.
